If you are looking for a modern villa with a modern interior then the newly built Villa Mapejana is an excellent choice. Villa Mapejana is located near the center of Porec and offers accommodation for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, three with double bed and one with two single beds. Two rooms have their own bathroom, and one bathroom is for the other two rooms.On the ground floor there is one of the bedrooms with bathroom, living room with TV and fireplace for a pleasant evening, there is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for eight people and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms with two bathrooms. The entire villa is air conditioned and has underfloor heating.
Outside the villa, before stepping into the garden, on the shaded terrace you will find an outdoor countertop with a sink, next to which is another dining table for 8 people, where you can enjoy a meal in the fresh air. If you prefer a nice summer barbecue, don’t worry, the beautiful garden has a barbecue by the pool, as well as 5 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. In front of the property is a private parking lot that offers parking space for up to 3 cars. Book now this modern villa and ensure a wonderful holiday for yourself, your family and friends.
REMARK:
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.

A deposit of 500,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
