VILLA FARFALLA
Villa Farfalla is a rustic villa located in Muntrilj, in central Istria, and is an ideal choice for a pleasant and peaceful vacation for a family or group of friends. The villa is also ideal for children, and it is surrounded by untouched nature, which is ideal for long walks and spending time in nature. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 204m2 of living space, and the total plot is 1500m2. The maximum number of guests is 8, and the optimal number of guests is 6. On the ground floor there is a nicely decorated living room that includes two sofas, a TV, two armchairs and a coffee table. In the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace for a feeling of warmth during colder days, and in the continuation of the living room there is a dining room for eight people and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of the yard, outdoor pool and nature. The terrace is at the level of the garden, where there is an outdoor table with 10 seats, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, an ideal place for preparing meat or fish dishes in combination with olive oil and a glass of wine. Villa Farfalla is surrounded by a landscaped green garden with olive trees. There is also a private parking lot for 3 cars in the yard. Villa Farfalla is located in the village of Muntrilj, it is a picturesque place where people have been engaged in agriculture since ancient times, and tourism has experienced an increase only in the past few years. The location is central and 17 km from the town of Pazin and also 17 km from the famous tourist destination of Poreč. REMARK:
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Included in price.
A deposit of 400,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
