Villa Old Olive III
The enchanting Villa Old Olive III with its private pool in Salvela, near the town of Vodnjan, offers its guests everything for a perfect vacation. At your disposal you have a private swimming pool, sun terrace, Finnish sauna, play room, barbecue and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Villa Old Olive III is a newly built three-story building with six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa is air-conditioned, and all rooms are decorated in a modern and elegant way. Villa Old Olive III is ideal for a family vacation or a holiday with friends. Enjoy their company by preparing barbecued meals, or playing billiards, table football or table tennis. Fun in this villa will surely not miss you, but you can also spend your vacation outside the villa. Visit some of the pearls of the Istrian coast – towns Rovinj, Poreč or Fažana and make yourself an ideal holiday that you will remember forever!
REMARK:
SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The administration fee is 6,5€ per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Not included in price.
Cleaning costs are 350€ and needs to be paid at arrival.
A deposit of 1000€ is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
