Villa Tie with heated pool
Villa Tie is located only 20 minutes drive from Poreč in a quiet environment and offers you everything you need for the best vacation of the whole family, groups of friends or a working vacation.
The villa has 272 square meters with 4 spacious and comfortable rooms, each of those have a separate bathroom, air conditioning and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living room.
Also, each of those 4 rooms has two pull-out beds in dimensions 190x80cm that are attached to the main bed, which is ideal for small children.
It also has an indoor playroom with toys for the youngest and a TV as well as a fenced garden with swings, slide, trampoline, table tennis and darts. The villa has all the necessary equipment for babies and toddlers such as baby cot, babybjorn swing, baby carrier, baby chair, baby cutlery, baby walker, baby bath, baby bath chair, etc.
The villa has air conditioning in each room and is completely covered with underfloor heating.
While the outdoor area has a beautiful heated relaxation pool with a projector and speakers above the pool.
REMARK:
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Included in price.
A deposit of 500,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
