Villa Old Olive VII
In a small village Salvela, not far from Vodnjan, on the spacious fenced yard there is a beautiful Villa Old Olive VII with an outdoor private pool, a Finnish sauna and a sun terrace. The villa is spread over three floors, its decor is truly modern and luxurious, and can accommodate ten people in five air-conditioned and nicely decorated bedrooms. In the basement of the house there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a play room that offers fun with billiards, table football and table tennis. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace access, and a Finnish sauna where you can fully relax. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a balcony, satellite TV and a bathroom, and a living room with dining area and kitchen and a separate toilet. The exterior is as exquisite as the interior, because the guests of this villa provide everything they need for a relaxing holiday. Guests can use the swimming pool, terrace with sun loungers, a barbecue in the garden, and enjoyable evenings can be spent on the covered balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the sea. You can also experience beautiful moments outside the villa, for example by visiting the nearby Istrian towns – Fažana, Rovinj or Poreč. Villa Old Olive VII is a house that will fulfill all your expectations, so invite your family or friends and treat yourself to a summer vacation that will keep you in a beautiful memory!
REMARK:
SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Not included in price.
Cleaning costs are 350,- euro and needs to be paid at arrival.
A deposit of 1000,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Alles war super das Haus der Pool die Lage alles entspricht genau so wie die Bilder sind und die Beschreibung ist auch korrekt . Wir waren 12 Personen das Haus bietet genug Platz für große Gruppen .

Man kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr viel platz, alles sauber, technisch alles im einwandfreien Zustand. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und helfen wo sie können. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen...

Super Villa, mit Pool und weiteren Freizeitaktivitäten wie Billard usw. Aber auf den zweiten Blick mit kleinen Mängeln. Keine vernünftige Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Trotzdem klare Weiterempfehlung der Villa!
