VILLA QUERCHUS – Apartment 1 with private pool
Luxuriously furnished apartment of 75m2 with two bedrooms located on the ground floor.
The apartment has a private pool and two parking spaces and is fully covered with free wireless internet.
It consists of an open living room with dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms with each its own bathroom, toilet and hallway.
Air conditioners are in all rooms. In the living room there is a flat TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen has: oven, dishwasher, sink, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, hood, electric coffee maker and all the necessary dishes.
Two bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180cm×200cm, and an extra sofa for a possible fifth person is located in the living room and measures 90cmx200cm. Sheets and towels are included in the price.
The area of the environment is 150m2 of which 20 m2 is covered terrace.
The terrace has a large dining table for six people and two deck chairs.
Guests have at their disposal: safe, washing machine, iron with ironing board, children’s high chair, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and first aid box.
SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Not included in price.
A deposit of 400,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival. The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
