VILLA QUERCHUS – Apartment 2 penthouse with jacuzzi
Luxuriously furnished apartment / penthouse of 100m2 with two bedrooms intended for max 5 people and is located on the first floor and has a hot tube on the terrace and offers you a unique feeling of a heavenly holiday overlooking the sea, two parking spaces, fully covered with free wireless internet.
It consists of an open living room with dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet, hallway and spacious terrace.
Air conditioners are in all rooms. In the living room there is a flat TV with satellite receiver.
The kitchen has: oven, dishwasher, sink, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, hood, kettle, electric coffee maker and all the necessary dishes.
From the kitchen and dining room there is an exit to a spacious terrace overlooking the surroundings and the sea.
Two bedrooms with double beds 180cmx200cm with separate bathrooms and shower and toilet. Sheets and towels are included in the price. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 90cmx200cm on which, if necessary, a fifth person can be accommodated.
Guests have at their disposal: safe, washing machine, iron with ironing board, children’s high chair, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and first aid box.
SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
The administration fee is 5,- euro per person and needs to be paid at arrival.
Sojourn Tax: Not included in price.
A deposit of 500,- euro is obligatory and must be paid on arrival.
The deposit will be returned to guests upon departure.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
